It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 5-39.1 of the General Laws entitled "License Procedure for Social |
2 | Workers" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 5-39.1-7.2. Use of online resources in meeting continuing education requirements. – |
4 | To the extent practicable, the board of social work examiners shall utilize online and internet |
5 | resources in establishing standards for the continuing education of social workers. |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
