RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Kenneth Shluger, Superior Court Judge in the State of Connecticut, may join Steven |
3 | D. Zuboff and Karen L. Shaw in marriage within the Town of Westerly, Rhode Island, on or |
4 | about May 30, 2015. The Honorable Kenneth Shluger is hereby authorized and empowered to |
5 | join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the |
6 | general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
