RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Maureen |
2 | Noonan may join Kara Shumila and Gregory Bush in marriage within the City of Newport, |
3 | Rhode Island, on or about June 19, 2015. Maureen Noonan is hereby authorized and empowered |
4 | to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the |
5 | general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
