RELATING TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY - RENAMING OF A FACILITY OF THE

NEWPORT COUNTY COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Chapter 22-7.4 of the General Laws entitled "Permanent Joint Committee

on Naming All New Buildings, Bridges, Edifices and Other State Constructions" is hereby

amended by adding thereto the following section:

     22-7.4-119. J. Clement Cicilline Community Mental Health Center Building. -- The

building located at 65 Valley Road in Middletown, known as the Newport County Community

1-6

Mental Health Center shall hereafter be named and known as the "J. Clement Cicilline

1-7

Community Mental Health Center Building".

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
