the House at its January session, A.D. 2011, both approved July 12, 2011, entitled “Joint |

Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study The Public Funded Election |

System in The State of Rhode Island” and as extended by resolution No. 384 passed by the Senate |

at its January session, A.D. 2012, and by resolution No. 323 passed by the House at its January |
|

session, A.D. 2012, both approved May 31, 2012, entitled “Joint Resolution Extending the |
|

Reporting and Expiration Dates of The Special Legislative Commission To Study The Public |
|
1-9 |
Funded Election System in The State of Rhode Island” is hereby authorized to continue its study |
|
1-10 |
and make a report to the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2013, and said |
|

commission shall expire on February 27, 2014; and be it further |
|

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by Resolution No. 430 passed by the |
|

Senate at its January session, AD. 2011, and by resolution No. 434 passed by the House at its |
|

January session, A.D. 2011, both approved July 12, 2011, entitled “Joint Resolution Creating a |
|
