A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Mayor of Warwick, Scott Avedisian may join Caitlin Patricia Brown and Thomas

Wesley Burgess in marriage within the Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island on or about June 8,

2013. The Honorable Mayor Scott Avedisian is hereby authorized and empowered to join the

1-5

foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general

1-6

laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
