     RESOLVED, That the special Senate commission created by resolution No. 307 passed

by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2011, and approved May 25, 2011, entitled "Senate

Resolution Creating A Special Senate Commission To Study Rhode Island Emergency

Department Room Diversion” is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the

Senate on or before May 30, 2013, and said commission shall expire on June 27, 2013, and be it

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 307 passed by the

Senate at its January session, A.D. 2011, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
