A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Richard

Lewis Marrocco of Coventry, Rhode Island, may join John Francis Galligan and Andrew Wade

Mack in marriage within the Town of Richmond, Rhode Island, on or about August 18, 2013.

Richard Lewis Marrocco is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in

1-5

marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled

1-6

"Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
