MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR $2,500,000 TO THE TOWN OF WEST WARWICK

     RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money the treasury not

otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2013-2014, the sum of $2,500,000 for the town of West

Warwick, to enable its municipal employee retirement system to receive a sixty percent (60%)

funding level and to avoid a state takeover of its finances; and that the state controller is hereby

authorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of

1-6

said sum, or so much thereof as may be from time to time required, upon receipt by the controller

of proper vouchers duly authenticated.
