RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Edith H. Ajello of Providence, Rhode Island, may join Suzanne Desillier and Tracy

Page Stilwell in marriage within the Town of South Kingstown, Rhode Island, on or about

September 7, 2013. The Honorable Edith H. Ajello is hereby authorized and empowered to join

the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general

1-6

laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
