A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

     Introduced By: Representatives Costantino, and Ucci

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Rain E. V. Marini, Justice of the Peace in Connecticut, may join Sally Heaney and

Steven Romano in marriage within the Town of Johnston, Rhode Island, on or about June 1,

2013. The Honorable Rain Marini is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing

1-5

persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled

1-6

"Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
