A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Stacey

Ostiguy LeMay, Justice of the Peace in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, may join Andrea

Maruzzi and Brendan Crighton in marriage within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about

1-4

August 30, 2013.  Stacey Ostiguy LeMay is hereby authorized and empowered to join the

1-5

foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general

1-6

laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
